Rocio graduated from the University of Utah with her bachelors in Social Work in 2023 and is currently pursuing her Advanced Standing Master of Social Work at Utah Valley University. Rocio has built her experience working with youth in various settings including a residential treatment center and as a permanency worker at DCFS.
Rocio believes healing doesn’t have to be heavy all the time—there’s room for laughter and gentleness along the way. Regardless of where you are in your journey Rocio is here to help you feel heard, understood, and supported in an environment that is safe and nonjudgmental.
Outside of her professional work, Rocio finds joy in the simple things—reading a good book, singing just for the joy of it, and indulging in sweet treats!
